About me
Ashley Cleckley is a high school English educator and SEL Grade-Level Leader with over 15 years of classroom experience in the United States and the UAE. She has taught Common Core English, AP English Language, and IB English Language & Literature. Passionate about understanding student thinking beyond final outcomes, her work centers on leveraging relational practices to support student agency, self-awareness, and well-being. As a daily classroom practitioner, Ashley designs human-centered, community-driven, sustainable feedback systems grounded in care, reflection, and meaningful learning.
