About me
Reyna is an Instructional Coach at American Community School of Abu Dhabi where she works alongside teachers and leadership teams to examine instructional practice, amplify effective strategies, and design learning that elevates student thinking. As an instructional designer, she employs reflective, asset-based experiences (for teacher and students) that center belonging, curiosity, and joy. As an advocate for peer learning, she aims to promote professional inquiry, strengthen collaboration, and influence a school culture where educators feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
